Check out my EXAMPLE PAGE to see examples of each of the activities that students will complete throughout the semester in my class.

Physical Science is an introduction to both chemistry and physics. Major course topics include: Scientific Methods, States of Matter, Classification of Matter, Periodic Table of Elements, Laws of Motion, Energy, Work, Simple Machines, Waves, Sound, Light, and Electricity. But here at NAHS I have taught Earth and Space, Environmental Science, Oceanography, Online courses, etc. Before high school teaching, I was in the U.S. Air Force for nearly 5 years before earning my Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education (Kutztown) followed by Master's degrees (Wilkes) in both Instructional Technology and Online Teaching. I've done some traveling, but in the future I hope to do MUCH more of it. If you ever need help or have a question, don't hesitate to ask. I've also served as Guitar Club and Science Olympiad club advisor if interested.
